We always try to get along to the Fleur de Lys in Widdington for their evening classic car meeting – partly the chance to see some beautiful old cars, but also the delicious food they offer from their field kitchen at these events.
After a scorchingly hot day, the temperature dropped a little this evening, but the sun was still casting a beautiful glow across everything it touched. As we mingled among the cars, chatting with the other owners, I photographed cars and details that caught my eye, often drawn by the light as much as the subject matter.
